Exercise helps the body to get rid of any trapped wind after a big meal.

A quick walk may prevent bloating from ever developing, according to medical website Healthline.

If you’re already past that point, and your tummy aches have already started, there are other ways to relieve your symptoms.

Try going for a brisk jog, or even using a skipping rope, it added.
