LeAnn Rimes is bringing country back in a huge way. The singer, 39, just posted brand new performance photos from the Sacramento Rainbow Festival on Instagram, and her bod looks ah-mazingly strong. LeAnn’s white crop top and denim shorts show off her washboard abs and totally toned legs (and can we talk about that hair situation?).
“IT’S ME! #leannfreakinrimes 😂,” she captioned the post. “Thank you @sacrainbowfest for a beautiful evening! LovE you all, so much! #hairmoment #rainbowfest #sacramento.”
Fans in the comments couldn’t agree more. “You looked amazing!!!!! ❤️,” one user commented. “Very gorgeous ⭐❤️👏,” someone else added, and it’s hard to argue with that:
So, just how does LeAnn stay in such great, stage-ready shape? For starters, she’s been sharing her fitness secrets on her blog for years. Back in 2017, she posted a full rundown of her “tight tush Tuesday” workout that uses straps and dumbbells to help LeAnn get her sweat on.
Usually, LeAnn works out around four days a week, squeezing a quick routine in whenever she can, per Us Weekly. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said.
The singer also enjoys exercising with her husband, Eddie Cibrian. Together, the pair like taking SoulCycle classes and going for walks around their neighborhood.
As for her diet, LeAnn balances her meals out between healthy foods and her favorite treats. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese,” she told Women’s Health.
She’ll start her day with a nourishing green smoothie, and leftovers are usually her go-to for lunch. Dinner might be a veggie bowl with a base of cauliflower, topped with a protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken. Oh, and plenty of veggies!
