Watch Eva Longoria, 46, Totally Crush An Intense Trampoline Workout\u2014On A Boat

Eva Longoria has a thing for trampoline workouts, and she just kicked things up a notch: She bounced (and sweated) it out on a boat.

In a new Instagram video, Eva and her super-toned abs completely crush a mini trampoline workout on the deck of a boat-slash-yacht. The actress, 46, is wearing a bra top and leggings while nailing some seriously intense moves as “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” plays in the background. It’s pretty epic, and Eva is clearly giving her fun-filled workout all she’s got.

“Sisterhood of the…traveling trampoline 😂☀️,” she wrote in the caption. “Girls just wanna have fun! ✌🏽#Letsgetit.”

Fans were impressed by her moves, with one writing, “❤️❤️❤️❤️Wow.” Another commented, “Get at it 😜.” And of course, there were plenty of strong arm and fire emojis to go around.

This is hardly the first time the Desperate Housewives alum has posted about her mini trampoline workouts. In early March, she shared a video of herself trampolining it up alongside a friend while using hand weights and doing all kinds of complicated-looking moves and kicks.

She’s also shared video of herself at the gym next to her mini trampoline. (Apparently, it really does go anywhere she does!)

TL;DR: Eva is really, really into her trampoline.

That’s not all the Grand Hotel actress does for fitness, though. Eva is big on strength training. Her trainer, Grant Roberts, shared an Instagram video in February 2020 of the Dog Days actress lifting, which was subsequently flooded with q’s about what kind of workouts she does. He said that Eva does “some” cardio but added, “Eva looks the way she does because of weight training :).”

She also keeps her body busy—and majorly toned—with a bunch of other workouts. “I do a lot. I’m a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates. I do SoulCycle, and I’m just constantly mixing it up,” she told People in 2017.

Aaand, in case you didn’t notice, she’s a total beast in the gym. When asked about Eva’s workout style, Roberts told Hollywood Life that his famous client shows up to work hard. “I mean, she is superhuman, I don’t know how else to explain it,” he said.
