happens if you stop taking phentermine

  • Halle Berry, 54, posted a new pantsless photo kissing her boyfriend and showing off her toned, muscular legs.
  • The actress is known for her tough workout regimen with trainer Peter Lee Thomas.
  • Halle works so hard in the gym with intense circuits, but keeps her training sessions to about 20 minutes.

ICYMI: Halle Berry is in love, and she seems so happy. The latest evidence? A sweet photo she shared on Instagram of herself kissing her BF Van Hunt.

“We do this thing called whatever the f*ck we want ! 💋,” Halle wrote in the caption. In the pic itself, Halle is wearing heart-shaped sunglasses, erythromycin gram a white tee that’s knotted up to show off her abs, and pretty, tropical-print bikini bottoms. It’s kinda hard to miss the fact that her legs look super toned, too. (Fun fact: She modeled the same pantsless look to celebrate her 54th birthday back in August.)

The couple’s famous friends were here for it in the comments. “You guys are freakin hot,” wrote Thandie Newton. “No wait !!!!! I’m obsessed 😍😍😍😍😍😍🔥,” said Ayesha Curry. Honestly, same.

While love looks really good on Halle, she’s also made it crystal clear that she works hard for that body. Halle told Women’s Health in 2020 that she and her trainer Peter Lee Thomas used to like to work out together for 90-minute sessions, but she eventually cut it back. “Half the time our sweat sessions were just 20 minutes long,” she said. “If anything, I’ve learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt.” It also seriously tones her lower bod.

So what, exactly, does she do? Halle is really into a mix of everything, but she told Women’s Health that she’s big on yoga, stretching, sprinting fast, using her bodyweight and weights, and resistance bands. She also practices martial arts, because of course she does.

“Usually, I’ll do circuits of five or six exercises and churn through one after another, going as hard as I can for a set amount of time so I don’t have to count reps,” she told Women’s Health.

Halle eats well, too, following a high fat, moderate protein, very low-carb ketogenic diet for years to help her manage her diabetes, she told LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.

Those legs, though.
