Breakfast options
Kourtney is said to either make her signature avocado shake or banana smoothie, however when it comes to protein powders she now chooses vegan options. If she’s not quite feeling like a liquid breakfast, she’ll have a blueberry bagel smothered with peanut butter and jelly. Other options she sometimes includes in her morning routine are an açai bowl or vegan chicken and waffles from Crossroads that she tends to leave to cheat days.

For lunch, Kourtney tends to have Zooles minus the turkey bacon. Other lunch favourites include sourdough bread with vegan butter, topped with pickles and a side of tangerines. Once again, it seems the star can’t live without her pickles and tangerine combo.
Dinner options
Dinner favourites for Kourtney include plant-based tacos, vegan sushi that she tends to have at Nobu – the hotspot for Hollywood’s biggest celebrities. Here, she says her favourite is the order of crispy rice with avocado, edamame, and an avocado roll.
