Rebel Wilson is bringing the heat over on her Instagram. The Pitch Perfect actress and Pooch Perfect host, 41, just posted a brand new photo dump proving that she’s living her best life on #RebelIsland.
The new pics are a throwback to Rebel’s truly legendary birthday celebration, which featured a party with all of her BFFs on the beach. In the snaps, Rebel rocks a bright red one-piece swimsuit that totally shows off her fit bod and sculpted legs.
Rebel even paired her post with an inspirational caption that had fans all kinds of motivated in the comments. “It’s never too late to improve yourself – to improve your health, your heart, your happiness, buy tribulus uk without prescription your harmony,” Rebel wrote. “For everyone out there just trying to be a lil bit better this week: go for it! Every bit counts. Every effort is worth it. You’re worth it.”

Rebel overhauled her fitness routine in 2020, when she started her “Year of Health.” In January, she explained to fans that she was relying on exercise and the Mayr Method to help her achieve her goal weight of 165 pounds, according to Women’s Health. So far, she’s down 60 pounds and counting.
Since then, she’s been sweating it out with trainer Jono Castano up to seven days a week (whew!). Her go-to moves include flipping tires, sprinting up the stairs, and tackling battle ropes. And, she’s been posting regular status updates on her Instagram ever since, like this one:

On an episode of The Morning Crew with Hughesy, Ed, and Erin, Rebel explained some of the changes she’s been noticing throughout her fitness journey.
“I think what’s been really interesting to me is how other people treat you,” she said. “Sometimes being bigger, people didn’t necessarily look twice at you. And now that I’m in a good shape, like, people offer to carry my groceries to the car and hold doors open for you. I was like, ‘Is this what other people experienced all the time?’”
But Rebel added that she’s always felt comfortable in her skin at any weight. “I like to think I looked good at all sizes and stuff and I’ve always been quite confident,” she said. “So, it wasn’t like I wasn’t confident and then now I’m, like, super confident.”
And it seems like this new phase of Rebel feeling herself on Instagram is here to stay. “You can tell that I post, like, a lot of photos of myself on Instagram. I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, loving myself,’” she said. “I know I should calm down a bit on that.”
